The buyers is responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. We are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. The Mini Scout is based in the United States and all prices are in USD.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: If your item arrived damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund and a free return. Email us with your order number and a photo of the defective item to start your return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping & handling charges are not eligible for a refund unless the return was a result of a Mini Scout error.
We will send a prepaid return shipping label for you to use. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the return shipping will need a tracking number. If you do not use the provided shipping label, make sure to obtain a tracking number so we can verify that the item was returned. We are not responsible for packages that were lost in transit, please insure your parcels to avoid any issues.
